Domestic shipping rates

Supliful uses USPS for domestic shipments:

  • USPS Ground Advantage for regular shipping (2–4 business days)

  • USPS Priority for express shipping (1–3 business days)

Important note: shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

Shipping Times

 

Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 1-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 200 items might take 5-10 business days to fulfill. The countdown starts as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted". The first 2 hours, the order status will indicate "New".

You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. It is not possible to edit/cancel the orders at this point.

All products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.

*Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Day.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company,  Amavelle will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe they were delivered to one of these locations. Thank you for your understanding.


PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping

We do not ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses.
